The San Francisco Department of the Environment is seeking to better understand what happens with construction materials acquired but not installed for a project (“surplus”) and ways that these can be minimized or repurposed. Your insights will serve as a foundation for education and outreach to building industry stakeholders that will ultimately establish new policies, programs, or infrastructure. They request that designers and specifiers respond to this survey by March 31, 2021.
