Does the indoor air quality credit allow for propane powered lifts (inside the building) during construction? Or do they have to be battery powered only?

I don't think it is addressed in the SMACNA reference standard. The main concern is source control of any contaminants. If you can show that emissions are contained, or exhausted directly to the outside, you can make a justification for propane-powered lifts.
