we are looking for an excel template to do the following! tracking truck picks up C+D takes it to recycling facility!That ticket is expanded into a excel sheet to track what was recycled from that container that ticket number.Any ideas

When the driver picks up a load of C+D material we need to show that the recycling facility separated the load into categories.looking for a template anyone with a recycling facility would have one?
