Reference Guide states that the most important is to confirm that ventilation air is provided to all occupiable spaces in the building (especially such as circulation, back of house spaces, and active storage rooms). We have a 100% outdoor air system with single AHU supplying fresh air to multiple zones through diffusers. As we are taking OA flow measurements at the AHU only, how can we prove that ventilation air is provided to all spaces?
Thanks!

If you have mechanical plans for the building, the plans should show the distribution of ventilation air to occupiable spaces. But, that said, the reviewers are probably not going to look through all of the HVAC plans to double check every space. Nor are HVAC plans always available. Instead, they'll look to see that the total floor area addressed by the calculations is roughly the same (within 10%) as the gross floor area of the building. Also, they'll look to see that distinct space types such as fitness areas, cafeterias, conference rooms, and so on are addressed by the calculations as well.

We are working in a similar project where OA flow rate measurements will be only avaiable at AHU. Can the IAQ be populated per total GFA or must be space by space (even if we dont have OA per space) ? We currently dont have ay any floor plans that confirms OA per occupiable space as well.. We only have per system/AHU and air distribution through 5 levels (per floor).
