Hello! In a LEED Core project and when there is a property management company that represents the owner, how is that communicated on the Confirmation of Agent's Authority form? If the architecture firm is listed as the "Agent" on this form, then do we need to do the Confirmation of Primary Owner's Authority and list the property management company as the "Co-Owner".
Any clarification on this would be helpful. Thank you!
