Hello everyone,
I am modeling a hospital which is served by district coooling, which I am modeling using Option 2 of the guidance (DES scenario). The plant does not have heat recovery at the condenser. However, my baseline building meets the requirement for it and therefore I am modeling it. My issue is with the circulation pump in the recovery circuit (between the condensers and the water heater); which power should it have? Should it be 0 W? Or, should it be sized like the pump in the condensation circuit?
