I apologize if this was addressed in earlier comments. I looked but didn't find any conclusive answers. I'm working on an auto dealership, and we the contractor sealed the concrete the concrete floors with a water based acrylic copolymer that offers a combination curing, sealing and dustproofing for concrete surfaces with a VOC content of 200g/L. We originally specified a zero VOC sealer. However, the contractor tricked us by mixing the substitution in with a submittal, and we just missed it. Anyway, I know that this has to comply with SCAQMD 113, but I don't know which category this falls under. Can anyone provide some insight? -Thanks
