Hello everyone, I'm working in a smal project (just 2 floors) that is naturally ventilated overall. The thing is that we're thinking about installing air conditioning equipment for only two small offices, maybe two split units and that's it. So, my question is: can we earn this credit even if we're not going to install equipment for all the project? Thanks in advance.

You have to install mechanical equipment to earn the credit. However I would suggest that you not let LEED dictate something stupid just to earn a point.
