EBOM-v4 EAc8:Enhanced refrigerant management

Commercial Refrigeration Systems

I would like some clarification on what LEED considers a commercial refrigeration system in regards to leak check reports. I have 2 different systems in my plant... an ammonia refrigeration system used for production and several self contained Mitsubishi units used for office cooling. Is the documentation requirement looking for the ammonia plant or the self contained Mitsubishi units?

The documentation should include all equipment that have more than 0.5 lbs of refrigerant and so I'm guessing it would include both the ammonia plan and the Mitsubishi units. In the case of ammonia, since its a natural refrigerant with an ODP and GWP of zero, it doesn't seem like leakage for that system will impact the credit calculation.
