NC-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance

We are starting 8000 sqft Coast Guard Materials Building that has 1300 sqft air conditioned office area. Rest of the building is exhausted. How would you energy model this building?

ASHRAE allows you to model unconditioned spaces in both baseline and proposed, so you can model it just as it is: With conditioning (select the appropriate baseline system from Appendix G) in the 1300 SF, and no conditioning in the remainder of the building.
