If there is a CI project that has an existing bathroom that is set to be demolished as other build outs are happening, are there specific VOC requirements for the products that they can use? This bathroom is old and would assume there to be some toxic human waste remains. A heavier product will be needed to disinfect everything and want to be compliant if required and not affect our project's LEED targets.

The only specific requirements are the SMACNA guidlelines, which do address VOCs, but I don't think give any g/L or third party certification requirements. You need a plan to contain and dust and/or toxins from the rest of the building.
