Hey folks,
I have a list of different length and shape cold-formed steel studs and clips for a project. They all carry an EPD and HPD. Clark Dietrich states that, similar to carpet of different pile heights, their products are for different uses and therefore count as separate products. Has anyone submitted Clark Dietrich products and can give an idea of how the reviewers treated different studs and clips?
Any help is greatly appreciated as this can greatly affect the counts for these two credits, and thus other finish selection considerations.
Thanks!

Funny, I just came on here to look up the exact same question. I got our invoice for Dietrich products and there are 35 separate items. Note the HPD only applies if you requested mill-certified steel, which we did not. Looking forward to hearing feedback from others.

My interpretation is that you can use the same Type III EPD for several products with different functions. Interpretation #10425 limits the use of industry-wide EPDs, but doesn't discuss product-specific EPDs.
