Since the prerequisite is related to the construction and involves mainly the main contractor on this. As a consultant we will include the requirements of this prerequisite. I want to clarify that dwgs and the check record alongwith the pictures submitted is the contractor's resposibility not the consultants. Other thing is we are working on a project in KSA and i have checked the CGP guidelines which does not covers this country. Also teher are no local codes available for this site. What shold we use instead of CGP guidelines. Thanks,

Babar, it varies from project to project who is responsible for the photo documentation. It is often the contractor, but not always. If you are the LEED consultant on the project than it would be important for you to identify who will be responsible, and make sure they follow through.If there are no local codes that you should follow the CGP, per the credit language.
