Hello,
Option 1 (Option 1. Energy- and Water-Related Systems) is not so clear, especially discovery phase "Choose two of the following to analyze: Energy-Related Systems ; Water-Related Systems ; Site Selection ; Social equity ; Health & Well-being"
The sample form is not so clear neither.
My current understanding is that choosing 2 of the following analysis could give 1 point of exemplary performance: Site Selection/Social equity/Health & Well-being".
Could someone please clarify?

I think you may be looking at an earlier version of the credit. The latest version indicates that you would choose two from the whole list to analyze for the first point.
As is the case with most LEED credits, if you double the requirement, in other words if you analyze four items from the whole list, then you could earn exemplary performance.
The second point is earned for an ID+C project if it is located within a LEED CS certifed building.

Hi Marcus, do you know/have experienced if it is acceptable to meet the Option 2 (LEED Certified Building) in whcih the base builidng has achieved the highest level Platinum certified under the local rating (in our case its Green Mark singapore) ?
Would this need to go through a CIR or would we be able to attempt it via the usual reivews?
I reckon I'll need to perhaps do up a short summary comparing the local Platinum rating vs ASHRAE standards but would just like to get a feel if this approach has been done before!
Thanks

I am not aware of this issue coming up before.
You could ask your LEED Coach but those answers are not considered definitive. You could submit a LEED Interpretation and get a definitive answer. Or you could submit it to the reviewer along with your narrative explanation of the "equivalence" of the two rating systems.
Personally I think it stands a great chance of being granted equivalency and the best way to do this, that benefits the most is through a formal Interpretation. You could start by asking your LEED Coach if this has been done before, if not then an Interpretation would be your best bet.
