Hi,
Our project is in the city centre, in one of the main business areas, close to many services and transport connections.
We have no space on the ground-level to store bicycles (it is a zero-lot line project renovation), they could only be located in the basement, in the carpark.
There is a city bikeshare station 80m from the building entrance which exceeds the number required by LEED. However, bike usage is managed by the City Council and is for a small fee.
Would that satisfy the credit requirement?

I don't believe so since there is no way for you to guarantee available spaces, and the spaces can only be used for bikes in the share program.
You can locate the bike racks in the parking garage; I have done this on
C&S projects.
