Could anyone confirm that CI v3 projects registered after 04/08/2016 using the Alternative Compliance Path described in LEED Interpretation 10412 (tenant-level energy simulation) must earn at least 4 points to document prerequisite compliance, hence achieving a minimum of 10% instead of 6% improvement over baseline building.
