We saw the CI Fees table and, since it caused so much impression about having a such small CI Retail and paying the same that a 50000sf project... we just want to make sure that this is it...

Johanna, the fees up to 50,000 sf are a flat rate since most projects are going to have a similar amount of documentation for the reviewer to look at (site plans, energy model, water calculations, ventilation calculations, reviewing construction documents for compliance) that the cost per SF isn't really scalable up to that size. Beyond 50,000 sf you're likely to get into multiple space types and more advanced HVAC systems which would take more time/effort to review, so the fee goes up after that point.
