beginning design of a LEED 2009 CI project.  Will be replacing AC units so want to spec units with efficiency adequate to meet this requirement.  Requirement references NBI Advanced Buildings Core Performance Guide which has been "sunset".  Are we to meet efficiency of Core Performance Guide or of the updated version, New Construction Guide?  New Construction Guide has two tiers.  efficiency chart in tier two is higher than tier one.  Old Core Performance Guide efficiency chart is closer to New Construction Guide tier two chart.  Just need to know which we will have to achieve.
