choosing multiple baseline systems in one building

Dear organisation, I have a question regarding choosing the correct baseline system. We are working on a Multipurpose building. It includes: 1)hotel/guestrooms 2) office 3) gym 4) restaurant+kitchen + the lobby's corridors etc. These functions have different loads and occupancy profiles. Is it correct that each of these functions gets its own baseline system when applying Table G3.1.1A? Which would mean dependend if fossil fuels are used: 1)hotel= system 2 2)office= system 4 4)restaurant = sytem 3 Etc Or does everything get the same baseline system because 85% is hotel?

Those systems can possibly have a different baseline system if any of the exceptions to G3.1.1 apply.
