Certifying two storey villa in a LEED ND project under LEED NC

Yaser, Did you ever receive a response regarding if your project was eligible for LEED NC since LEED for Homes is not yet available for a single project outside of the US? I have already been in contact with USGBC regarding a similar project outside the US, and because we do not have 50 residential units - just one freestanding home - we are not eligible to participate in the LEED for Homes International Pilot yet. Is LEED NC an option for a freestanding 4 story residential building outside the US & Canada?
