Certify storages an parking garages in LEED EBOM

Hi

 

Can you certify storages and parking garages in LEED EBOM. Not sure if they are staffed or not but it might be that there are no staff.

Parking garages are not eligible. There is a system called ParkSmart for that. Storage - there is a specific sub-system under LEED BD+C for warehouses. However, I beleive that there is a requirement for some minimum amount of regulaarly occupied space. Check the minimum project requirements for BD+C v4 and look up warehouses.
