The project recycled and/or salvaged nonhazardous construction and demolition materials by sending the project’s total commingled waste materials to Eco Recycling, Inc., a mixed-recovery facility that has achieved third party verification of facility-average recycling rates and practices. Our project facility is operated under provision of the Missouri Solid Waste Code and the St. Louis County Solid Waste Management Code. The St. Louis County Department of Health Solid Waste Management (DHSWM) program provides regulatory oversight for code compliance and enforcement. They meet the bulleted criteria in the credit language, so can we assume they follow the ISO guidelines?
