NC-2009 IEQc7.2:Thermal Comfort—Verification

certificate at the end of the site construction ?

Hello, How does it run with this credit since the owner receives the Leed certificate after the end of the site construction and not one year after ? Has the owner to make a pledge that he will realize this thermal comfort survey 6 months after occupancy ? Or does he receive the certificate only 2 years after occupancy if he choices this credit ? Nicolas, The owner just needs to make the commitment to conduct the survey 6 months after occupancy to earn the credit. So, the certification process can proceed prior to the point that the survey is actually conducted.
