Hello SCL,
Our diligent Contractor's Commitment working group (led by the great Amanda Atkinson) have reviewed a massive amount of feedback and will soon be releasing an updated version of the program (CC 2.0). We will need a majority of the SCL membership to vote YES to adopt the updated version for 2023.
In advance of the vote, Amanda will provide an overview of updated version on Wednesday, March 1 at 2pm ET. We will circulate a written draft early next week. This may be especially valuable for those of you who couldn't make the Summit and missed our discussion about updating the Carbon section.
This will be your LAST chance to express any objections, however the bar for revisions will be high given the fact that we've already been through multiple rounds of feedback and spent weeks responding to comments. We'll entertain "I absolutley can't live with this" comments, but this session will mainly be focused on making sure everyone understands the updates before we open voting.
