Can someone explain exactly what is required under the first option in Option 1? Is this a self certification utilizing GreenScreen or must this be third party?

Hi Corey, That first option within Option 1 does NOT require any third-party verification or certification--it's just a report from the supplier listing the contents (and additional info for any contents not identified). The Bird's Eye View above describes it pretty well.

Under Option 1, the requirements list one possible compliance path as "a publicly available inventory of all ingredients identified by name and Chemical Abstract Service Registration Number (CASRN) and/or European Community Number (EC Number)". The credit then goes on to explain that it must "demonstrate the chemical inventory of the product to at least 0.1% (1000 ppm)" which seems to be more in depth than the typical CASRN listed on an SDS, although this may vary? A typical SDS lists CASRN, although often it is provided as a % range. If verified with the manufacturer that all CASRN ingredients have been listed on the SDS, is this adequate documentation? An SDS is not listed on the excel dropdown so wanted to verify that additional documentation is required.
