EBOM-2009 EAp2:Minimum Energy Efficiency Performance

CASE 2 and EAP2 Cumpliance

Hi, We are working on a multi tenant enclosed mall with aproximmatly 120.000, to be certified LEED 2009 EBOM. In Portfolio Manager, "enclosed mall" is not eligible to receive EnergyStar score. According to the requirements of EAP2, not eligible buildings should consider CASE 2. Reading the reference guide it seems that for CASE 2, I can choose without any restriction one of the three options (2a,2b and 2c) in order to cumply with this pre requisite (Project Outside US). Is this correct? Thank you in advance!

Joao, Yes, if you're using Case 2, Option 2, you can use Option 2a, 2b, or 2c at your discretion. But keep in mind that in general, you can also use Case 2, Option 1. I cannot recall if it offers you "mall" as a space type, but if if does, you can use Option 1.
