I have two questions about MRc4- Material Ingredients. Is a CASRN the same thing as CAS Number? Also, has anyone used the CAS number from a SDS as credit compliance for this credit?

In addition, in the BPDO Calculator, what is the difference between "Manf Inv-GS" and "Manf Inv-GHS"?

Yes, CASRN = CAS Number. The latter is more informal. "CAS RN" is the most correct.
A CAS RN from an SDS can be a useful data point, but not independent of some formal inventory. This is more in the manufacturer's court than in the LEED project team's, so unless you are advising the manufacturer on how to comply with requirements, I would not say that this is a factor for you.
"Manf Inv-GS" = Manufacturer Inventory with GreenScreen scores for hazard profile information.
"Manf Inv-GHS" = same, but with GHS hazard warnings instead of GreenScreen.
I can give more qualitative guidance/advice on what to look for and what has more value, but I'll keep to simply answering the questions you asked for now!
