Hi all,

We have a case where there is an office ("main" building) and a separate parking garage (that serves the office) within LEED project boundary.
In that parking garage, there is a private car wash facility that is separately submetered for water & electricity.

So can we count that car wash for WEc1 as process water submetering although it's located not in the "main building"?
