Hi LEED experts, My project is a car showroom, where the building owner displays their cars to sell to customers. The building has a workshop area to repair cars. And there are some office and meeting rooms for their staff to work in too. I would like to ask what type of LEED BD+C should be applied? New Construction or Retail? Thanks for your insight and advice.
