I cannot upload documents to LEED Online since Adobe officially started blocking Flash content today (1/12/2021). Here is a related news article. Does anyone know USGBC's plan to address this? I already tried Internet Explorer and Chrome and both are broken.

Bo,
I'm having the same problem. I've called GBCI and they've started a case for the issue. I'll let you know if I find out anything helpful.

It is an easy fix. Navigate to Application settings in LEED Online and change Files Upload Mode from “Flash” to “XHR”, and click “Save”.

Kath, thank you for this guidance. Unfortunately, my Application settings window does not have a "Files Upload Mode" option. It only has "project listing style," "show certified projects in listing," "activity log project display," and "credit form access mode." Is the fix you are discussing only relevant if you are in offline mode? (I use online mode, but haven't faced this problem yet since I haven't needed to use LEED Online since the Flash sunset).

Wish I could be more help, Lyle. I think it is only relevant in online mode as we don't work offline. Had too much trouble uploading offline documents back into "live." LEEDonline needs big technical help. We spent hours last week with a smart review team who couldn't get calculators to work.
I also logged in last week and it said I had no projects. Really? I only have 137! Next login it showed me some programming codes and nothing else.
"Glitches" happen almost daily. GRRRRR

I, too, have had no projects listed (I also have over 100) in LOL numerous times in the last month or two. Usually, they will come back if I close out of IE and reopen from scratch, although sometimes it takes a few tries. One of the more recent times, even this didn't work, and I just gave up for a while, came back later in the day, and it worked again. I let GBCI know, but they didn't have any valuable feedback about it. Sad that it's yet another issue with LOL, though glad to know it's not just me.
Lyle, just so you know, the forms will only open in IE. The rest of the website will work in other browsers, but not the forms. Sometimes, I even have to use Chrome (or any other one) to get other features within LOL to work right, like seeing the activity history, or sometimes even payments.
If you have Bluebeam, you may need to change a setting there, too. When installed or updated, BBeam automatically changes an IE setting without asking, which is very annoying. Try opening BBeam, go to the Revu tab (left most in the menu), click on Administrator. When the dialogue box opens, look for the Internet Explorer box (last one on my screen) and make sure it is not checked. If it is, that may be part of the problem. Uncheck it, hit Apply, and then OK, and restart IE. It may take multiple restarts of IE to fully work again (seriously, it took me ~5 times when I had to do it). This fix seems to solve the majority of my users' issues with getting the forms to open.
