Would it possible to input zero for an occupiable storage rooms for liguids and gels in the Minimum IAQ Performance Calculator?  I ask because the building in question is a maintenance garage with some offices, a garage space, and a vehicle storage room.  There is activity that goes on in the vehicle storage room, but not enough that to be designed with its own occupancy.  Yet it is being served by a 100% OA heating and ventilation unit.
