NC-v4.1 LTc6:Bicycle Facilities

Can we still get points with City's proposed Bicycle Network?

We are currently designing Aquatic center near Pioneer High School. there are proposed/Adopted Bike Network passing our site. is that goint to be acceptable? or the only way we can get points is to have existing Bike Lane/Trails?

The LEED v4.1 Reference Guide states, "Planned bicycle trails or lanes may be counted if they are fully funded by the date of the certificate of occupancy and are scheduled for completion within three years of that date."
