Can Low missission gas generator qualify for EAc2?

I am doing a factory building in Dhaka Bangladesh. To offset the power outage, they are going to use gas generator. There is an option of using low em mission gas generators, which will be little more expensive. Shall we qualify for EAc2 by using these generators along with solar panels?

IF the fuel source is gasoline or natural gas it does not qualify. If it is something like landfill methane then yes.
