My project has a balcony that projects away from the building, and does not provide a roof to an enclosed space for the building. How should the balcony be treated for this credit?

Should we include motorcycle parking spaces in our total parking count for the Parking Under Cover option?

Projects that provide covered parking are eligible for points under this credit, but what if a project provides no parking?

What if I need to have a material tested?

Can I exclude functional usable areas like recreation courts or rooftop patios?

Can landscape pools be classified as Nonroof measures

I am applying for the LEED V4 BD + C new building certification, SSc5 Heat island reduction, and there is a design landscape pool (with water storage function and rainwater recovery) around the building. This area should be classified as Nonroof measures or paving area. Or other suggestions, thank for your reply
