I am working on an office fitout in central London where there are no minimum local code requirements for parking spaces. The code actually limits the amount of parking spaces to a maximum of 1 per 1,000-1,500m2. The project has been allocated 1 parking space which is intended to be allocated as disabled parking. How should the requirements of this credit be applied in this instance? Does it achieve the credit by default?

Hi Juliana,
Please see my response post to a similar question below, which contains official guidance from LEED Coach as to how to show compliance in your situation. It should help clear up the confusion caused by the Reference Guide's lack of instructions for this scenario.
