NC-v4 EAc2:Optimize energy performance

Can COMcheck be used for EAc2 compliance ?

Hello All,

I have an architect telling me that a project in Miami, FL used COMcheck to show compliance with EA Credit Optimize Energy Performance. Is this possible? I would assume no, however wanted to check with the experts here.

No. It's not an energy model, and it does not meet the prescriptive requirements of the credit.
