We have a campus project with 4 buildings. The client expects LEED Gold for all 4 buildings. LEED Design Review is complete, LEED Construction review has not begun. There is an on-site 26.4kW PV array that is part of our project. Expectation was each of the 4 buildings would receive 7 points + 1 point in exemplary performance for EAc2. However, someone miscalculated and designated too many KwH to 2 of the buildings and not enough to 1 of the buildings. During the design review, we lost 4 anticipated points in the 1 deficient building as a result, and are no longer in Gold range. Credits EAp2, EAc1, EAc2, EAc6 will all be affected if we reallocated a new % 26.4kW PV array to 2 of the buildings. Question is – is there an easier way to reallocate the PV system in lieu of re-working all 4 credits? How many $ do we need to pay in appeal fees, since these credits have already been reviewed 2x? Also, when we made changes to the buildings, EAp2 (version 3), Table L-1 annual energy cost $ changed to $0. Something in the way the forms are reporting seems to be misbehaving. It previously had a dollar amount Table L-1 of $4,068. Any ideas would be most appreciated.

Not sure why the form changed. They sometimes have a mind of their own.
Regarding the adjustments - I am guessing that you will need to appeal EAp2 for each affected project as the other credits are awarded based on the EAp2 values. When you appeal EAp2 you would typically automatically get EAc1 and EAc2 adjustments within that one appeal. EAc6 might get included as well but would depend on if you are having to add green power to the current purchase for individual projects in order to maintain the 35% minimum.
I would contact GBCI and ask what you need to do.
