Hi all,
If I use LEED NC v4 campus approach for a residential development, will the entire project achieve a LEED certification (provided that it meets all the prerequisites and achieves the desired credits), or will it only be awarded to different zones within the development? That is, will the entire development then be labelled as LEED certified or LEED silver etc..?

Hi Asil, the campus would not receive a LEED certification. It would basically be a tool to streamline the certifications of individual buildings within the campus, but it does not receive its own LEED designation. Each building would earn its own LEED level (certified, silver, etc).
