My project is a campus project, consisting of 4 individual buildings. To fulfill this credit, can I install 1 meter to monitor sanitaryware for 4 buildings together as a whole? or I have to split into 4 separate meters for each building.
Regarding water for landscaping, can I have just 1 spot of water supply with 1 meter for irrigation for the whole site, or do I have to split into 4 water supply locations with 4 separate meters for each building? Thanks for your advice.

The Water Metering credit is ineligible for campus approach. Each LEED project would pursue the credit individually. So you would need to have a meter representing sanitaryware for each building. Same with landscaping - the water supply for each building would be needed metered. If this was a group project you could get away with metering the irrigation system once, but you cant for campuses.
