There are seven existing buildings on a site, all owned (the site and the buildings) by the same entity who leases the buildings to tenants. Only one of those buildings is empty and thus cannot be certified. Can this project be certified under LEED EBOM using the campus AND the group approach, excluding only the empty building? And both campus and group approach are eligible how would the project receive one certification if one building would be able to achieve a significantly higher rating than another one?
