Hello SCL members,
A gaping hole has been left since Patty Lloyd stepped down from our SCL steering committee. Don't worry, she is still in the network and tirelessly championing SCL. But this means we are opening up nominations for at least one leadership spot. If you are interested, please email me directly (candace@buildinggreen.com) by January 26th.
The Steering Committee meets monthly and serves the important role of helping direct the activities of the network and recruiting new members. It is not a huge time commitment beyond the monthly calls, but it is a great way to help us ensure this network is serving real needs. The current committee consists of:

Amanda Atkinson (Holder)
Conor McGuire (Columbia)
Julianne Laue (Mortenson)
Jennifer Taranto (STO Building Group)
We’ll be keeping an eye on diversity in terms of company size, geography, and gender distribution. All are welcome to self-nominate, but we want to particularly encourage those from the Midwest and West coasts.
