Nearly all of our projects are in California. We have been using the CA ACP path for v2009 projects, which only applies to 6 pre-reqs and credits, successfully since it came out. We have quite a few old v2009 projects still working their way through reviews.
My last Design Review came back with a Reviewer comment that we had not uploaded the signed CALGreen checklist. We have never gotten this comment before. I went back to look at all of the California ACP guidance books and this comes up in the 4/2017 release and it seems to be specifically for version 4 projects, as it refers to the extensive list of ACP credits associated w/v4.
So is this required for V2009 projects or not? We supplied all the rest of the documentation.
