NC-v4 EQp1:Minimum indoor air quality performance

Calculator - Summary Page missing two units

We are having an issue with our minimum IAQ calculator, namely the summary page. All of the single zone spaces transfer to the summary page fine. But only 8 of the 10 multi zone spaces appear on the summary page. Has anyone else run into this?

Hi Cynthia,  Did you try clicking on the "refresh" button? Another issue could be having dots instead or commas or viceversa, depending on your system configuration. You should ensure that all cells are calculated correctly. I hope this helps.

We've had 3 engineers working on it with no luck. Hopefully GBCI tech support will come through!
