Calculating Daily Average for Transient Users

Based on the examples presented on this site, the daily average is based on 365 days a year. Is this correct or should it be based on actual days the facility is open for business? Thanks

If the building is closed on weekends, we wouldn't include 2 days of 0 in this estimate. It should be based on days that the building is open. Code occupancy may help inform this, but ultimately this is an estimate that isn't going to be questioned by reviewers, so long as it is reasonable for the project type and can be justified.
