Our building is mostly residential. Must we provide showers and changing rooms for the nonresidential portion?

Bus parking space

To achieve ss. c4.2 exemplary performance, we have 3 bus parking spaces outside the leed boundary, and we like to know if those parking spaces should be counted each one (because of the size) as one in PI f2. Thank you in advance

Hi Jorge, It seems as if this is posted under the wrong credit. But bus spaces would typically not count in parking credits like SScr4.3. See the LEEDuser FAQ on that credit. Since the PI f2 form feeds the other forms with respect to parking, I don't believe you would include them at all.
