Can I include reused furniture?

A material being reused contains recycled content. Can I count this under MRc3 and MRc4?

We are reusing a lot of equipment from another building. Can we count that?

Buried crushed concrete

We are demolishing an existing building. The team is considering burying the concrete, without this being used as fill for the new building. Could this account for the MRC2? Thanks,

I would say no. In fact by burying the waste you are in fact landfilling it, which would penalize you under MRC2. I would strongly urge the team to consider something else, like grinding it up, plucking out the rebar and reusing it as new aggregate (MRc5, MRc2, and MRc4).
