CS-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
While developing an energy model for a building, can we take a benefit of modeling considering shading from the surrounded building in the proposed case and not in the baseline?

In ASHRAE 90.1-2010 you are required to model the surrounding features that impact the energy use but you do so identically for both models.
