Hello to all,

I wnated to ask if a pharmaceutical industry can be certified under LEED BD+C New Construction?

Are industries or manufacturing buildings certified under this rating system?

There are many around the globe. Taiwan Semiconductor has promoted LEED as an outstanding tool for design and build of their FAB plants. Small factories, like Northwest Pipe in Montana, have certified using LEED. You might want to use the LEED certified project directory to search for the examples.
