We have a very interesting situation at hand. Our building is targeting LTc6 - Bicycle Facilities, the project is located in an area that does not have a bicycle network within 180m, but a high-capacity transit hub is within 100m from the building entrance, so someone using a bicycle can walk comfortably back and forth. Technically it meets the intent of the credit without a dedicated bicycle network. How do you think LEED will look at this?
