Hi,
Our project is LEED pre-certified plan, with some single detached houses. We are now in the process of reviewing the architectural designs for the units and are looking at how they meet the 1:3 ratio.
The facades are highly articulated and have multiple setbacks and roof lines.
The guidelines say to use average height and setbacks, but it is unclear how this is calculated.
Also, for a peaked roof where do we measure the facade height to? The middle of the peak?
Thanks
Tyler
